RETURNS FOR DELIVERIES TO ADDRESSES INSIDE THE UK

If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 35 days of receipt with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it. For purchases made in our sale, a credit note will be offered for items returned within 14 days of receipt.

By original condition, we expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged, arriving back at E. J. Wicks ‘as new’. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that riding hats cannot be returned unless faulty.

You can also return a purchase directly to our store in Lambourn, Berkshire within 35 days of receipt where your return will be processed immediately. It can take up to 5 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

Once your returned purchase has been received the refund will be made to the original credit card, debit card or Paypal account used in the initial purchase.

Please note that items made to order cannot be returned unless faulty.

To speed up the processing of your return, please complete our Returns Form to alert us to the return and allocate a number for your return. We recommend using a tracked form of return postage as the items remain your responsibility until they arrive with us. Please return to:

We can only accept returns from outside the UK by post. Customers need to pay the cost of the return delivery unless the item is faulty in which case E. J. Wicks will also refund the cost of the return delivery. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

CUSTOMS FEES

Please note that all shipments from the UK to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your (our customer’s) responsibility.
