We have used rope assisted recovery from anaesthetic for nine years now, on over 2500 horses. The Wicks head collars have been an integral part of this system throughout. They are strong enough to support the horse, yet smooth enough so there are no pressure points on the horses’ face, and are available with a buckle on either side, so horses can lie on left or right without the buckle pressing on the facial nerve."
